Baordwise Demo.

My first windsurfing sesh in 17 months and it was superb!
I was one of the first to arrive having stayed in dyfi the night before, I got speaking to Paul one of the Tushingham reps who was very friendly and helpful and rigged me up one of his 6.5m sails.
I used the Exocet to begin with, my first run was a real refresher and it's amazing how much you can forget over the course of a year. I remmeber the harness lines were far too near the mast so my arms were dropping off after the first 5 mins. Windsurfins such a workout compared to Kitesurfing!
Took me a good few runs to get back into the swing of things and then blasted about for a good 2 hours trying a mixture of boards and sails. The optimum set up was a 6.5 sail with a 100l board. I made a fair few gybes as well so pretty stoked. Was particularly fond of one of the Fanatic boards as it was so easy to gybe.

In all a cracking day.
